Cecily’s background includes eleven years of experience in sales, management, and marketing as an employee for several major corporations- Carson Pirie Scott,  R.R. Donnelley & Sons, and Alberto Culver Company- and as president of her own company, all of which has provided a rich foundation for her consultancy.  She additionally draws from her education in business and economics, including a B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin- Madison, and an M.B.A. in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the University of Chicago.

Since beginning her consultancy in 1990, Cecily has built extensive experience in the areas of sales, strategic sales processes and execution, negotiations with customers, procurement/sourcing negotiations with suppliers, customer service, team building, and management coaching.  She has designed and developed training materials for over 130 of the world's top corporations including skills practice and discovery exercises, role plays, complex case studies, facilitator guides, facilitator briefing materials, and other program materials.  Cecily has also led hundreds of corporate seminars while achieving top participant reviews, and has written for corporate websites and developed promotional materials and advertising.  She also has experience designing and delivering non-corporate training materials in the areas of self-growth, intuitive art, and meditation
